DARTMOUTH REGATTA ROAD RACE Fourteen Torbay Athletic Club Members made the short trip across the river; they put on a fine display(unlike the Red Arrows ) on the road in the Dartmouth Regatta Road Race to win the ladies and men’s team awards. High flyer Pete Monaghan led home the Torbay team and won the race, over half a minute in front of White Horse Harriers veteran Tim Hughes. To complete the double Helen Parkinson won the ladies race finishing 8th overall and setting a new ladies V/35 course record. Torbay’s Veteran runner Ray Brown completed a double of his own winning the V/60 prize in the Dartmouth and the Torbay Regatta 10k
